Do I pay for checks that don’t complete?
If a check can’t be completed, for example, consent is declined, you’re not charged the full check fee. You only pay for verified outcomes, and every charge is itemised on your invoice.
Is consent management really included free?
Yes. Consent collection, recording and audit trails are part of the platform on every plan, we don’t charge for the mechanism that keeps you compliant.
Can I switch between pay-as-you-go and a plan?
Any time. Upgrade to Business when your volume justifies it, and drop back to pay-as-you-go if things go quiet. There’s no minimum term on monthly plans.
What does API access cost?
API access is included on Enterprise agreements, with sandbox access available during evaluation. High-volume API-only arrangements can be quoted separately.
Are there discounts for volume?
Business plans include discounted per-check rates, and Enterprise pricing is built around your expected volume. Talk to us once you’re running more than ~50 checks a month.
